In this vital role, you will support our Executive Director, Nursing Practice, Education and Research in managing and elevating our Center for Nursing Excellence and UCLA Health Magnet® programs. Your expertise and passion will enable us to achieve our organizational goals for nursing excellence and Magnet® designation. As our Magnet® Program Director, you will collaborate with CNOs and Magnet® Program Coordinators as well as frontline nursing and inter-professional colleagues to advance Magnet® designation processes and related performance improvement activities. We’ll look to you as our internal expert on Magnet® standards and requirements and rely on you to lead organizational efforts to engage nurses in the structures and processes needed to achieve and demonstrate nursing excellence.
