Duties
Performs key functions in support of Cardiac Electrophysiology research. Routinely responsible for data collection and organization of source record files for research registry patient/subjects, plus meticulous data entry. Performs various administrative and clerical duties in support of research and other programs as needed. Also assists with mailing and telephone correspondence as needed. Works closely with the research database manager, reports to the administrator for Cardiac Electrophysiology

Position is contingent on continued funding

Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED and 1 year to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Work or study experience in a clinical/hospital setting required
- Familiarity with Medical terminology required
- Knowledge of cardiology preferred but not necessary
- Experience/proficiency with Excel or equivalent database systems required
- Prior Experience with electronic medical records, particularly EPIC, strongly desired
- Future medical students considered based on experience
