Pennsylvania Hospital seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our inpatient Neurosurgery Service.This is an opportunity to work with the Department of Neurosurgery as an ACNP or PA-C caring for our Neurosurgical patients. The role involves providing advanced practice care in collaboration with the Neurosurgeons. The provider will direct the clinical management of the critically ill patients. The providers practice with a high level of autonomy and expert skill in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the Neurosurgery patients. As part of their professional role, they integrate education, research, leadership, and consultation into their clinical practice. The ACNP or PA-C will demonstrate this through nursing and resident education, participation in the divisions research mission and projects, hospital committee membership and leadership, and providing continuity of care for hospital staff, patients, and their families.

Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Masters Prepared Physician Assistant. Pennsylvania License required.
