The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is currently seeking a full time Assistant Nurse Manager in the Operating Room. The Assistant Nurse Manager assists the Nurse Manager by assuming 24-hour accountability for the operation of the designated patient care unit (s). This includes the provision of leadership to improve patient care, enhance professional development and achieve nursing goals. ANM will share responsibility in staffing, timecards, scheduling, evaluation of staff performance, and assure that staff meets necessary competencies in order to comply with state regulations and hospital policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.\n- PA RN license required. Must be currently licensed as a professional RN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania\n- Basic Life Support Certification required.\n- Master's Degree Nursing and 3 years Progressive nursing experience with demonstrated leadership and\nmanagement skills preferred.
